The moment I heard her voice on the other end of the phone line, my blood pressure returned to normal and my shoulders relaxed, because I knew she was going to patiently explain all I needed to know to make things come out right in the system in order for the students to have the information they need to choose their courses wisely – and she will repeat the steps and explanations as often as it takes. I know the academic administrators across all departments, both old and new, appreciate her efforts and willingness to help us out. She’ll say it’s her job. But she goes well above and way beyond.”
