“I have a friend she is more than a friend, she’s a sister to me. She’s been with me through the bad times and the good times. When I was in a divorcing she was there for me, just to support me, give me a hug when I need it. When I was a single mom, she was also there for me; just a shoulder that I can lean my head on. I meet her in the church. We are being friend for 30 years. She is here from my country Honduras but she came here before me. It’s always good to have somebody in your life. I think that everybody needs somebody. My weakest spot is the kid from another countries because they don’t have nobody here. So I try to be nice to them, somebody they can trust and ask for help if they need help. Because I had my friend when I came from my country, she was here already and she helped me. So I want to do the same thing to these kids.”
